  2. The promotion period begins on 12th January, 2011 at 11.00am and ends on 28th June at 11.00 am.

    4. Be an active member of WDYT during the promotion period. An active member is considered a member who responds to at least 50% of email promotions and survey invitations they receive.

  4. Draw will take place at Empowered Communications, 102 York Street, South Melbourne, 3205. Prize winners name will be announced on this website after each prize draw listed below and winners advised via email. Promotion closes at 11.00am and is drawn at 11.15am

  7. Total prize value is $3000.
  8. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
  9. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 28th September, 2012 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required winner will be notified via email.
  10. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on this website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
